Rates are for a period of four weeks (i.e., twenty-eight days), with extra days/weeks at the short-term rates (above). No need to be staying at the Inn in order to book a rental car on a long-tem basis, and to take advantage of these super rates.  These low-priced deals are great for those visiting Grand Cayman for an extended holiday, and for those arriving to work on the island for a one- two- or three-month contract.  They're also ideal for those moving to the island with the intention of purchasing a vehicle, but needing transportation upon arrival.

  • All rental cars are picked up and dropped off right at the airport; mileage is unlimited

  • Rates are based on a 24-hour day; hourly late charges apply if car is returned later than when picked up initially

  • Rates do not include any insurance you choose to opt for, nor the government's "environment tax" of US$3, per day

  • Upon presentation of your driving permit from home, a local permit is granted at US$7.50, per driver (valid for six months)

  • Insurance, "environment tax", and local driving permit fee, are paid directly to the rental car agency

  • Although highly unlikely, the specific car may vary from the make and model given above as the class example

  • Child car seats are available at a daily fee when picking up the car. But they cannot be reserved or paid for in advance.

  • Same rental car can be booked for your entire visit to Grand Cayman, even if staying at the Inn for only part of the visit

  • If on-island ahead of your stay at the Inn, rental car can be picked up at any of the large hotels along Seven Mile Beach

  • Minimum age to rent a car is 21, but full insurance coverage is mandatory if under 25 years of age
