"Gard and I have so much been enjoying our visit to Grand Cayman, and a large part of our pleasure is due to Marleine and Alain and their warmth & hospitality! Vitamine and Blackie add to the fun. (I've not yet seen Beatrice.) Vitamine actually walks the sandy beach and will visit your beach towel. Turtle Nest Inn is elegant and beautiful -- like living in a most beautiful villa. How beautifully decorated -- from the art work -- originals and prints -- to the fabric on couches, the pottery and even the toothbrush holders and bathroom tumblers, and even the ceramic surrounded door hooks and the patterned cupboard handles (I can't help noticing all the small, but lovely touches, being a painter myself). Notice the tiles, the arrangement of conch shells, the plants. As for Grand Cayman, you all must try snorkelling and feed the velvety stingrays and look into ther eyes. Take a submarine 100' down and see what's happening! Go see the blowholes -- perhaps drive out to Rum Point and have dinner outside at the Kaibo yacht club (not for members only) and watch the sunset. Then sit outside on a lounge chair at night at Turtle Nest Inn and just try to count all the stars (don't really count them -- just enjoy). We both hope very much to return.
