"We have enjoyed our first stay at Grand Cayman very much. Turtle Nest is first rate, a beautiful facility, very well run and a good snorkeling spot. Enjoyed golf at Britannia (wish it were 18 holes), sea kayaking in a mangrove area one day and snorkeling another with Eco Ventures. Botanic Garden is a pleasant walk with some birds -- should be even more beautiful and interesting in another month or two. Eating was very good at Papagallo, Portofino, Light House, Brasserie and Over The Edge. For non-scuba people, the trip on the Atlantis submarine gave us an interesting look at the sea and reef at depths to 100 feet. Exploring the island to Rum Point, East End, West Bay, and South Sound was interesting. Will certainly consider a return here. Thanks for your hospitality."D.G.&J.G., St. Louis, Missouri, USA (March 25, 2006)

"Marleine and Alain, Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience during our recent trip to Grand Cayman and to Turtle Nest Inn for Spring Break. As you know we brought the whole family, ages 13, 11 and 8... and Turtle Nest Inn was a hit with everyone (not an easy task to accomplish). Our family especially enjoyed your warm hospitality and personal attention as well as the intimate and authentic nature of the Inn... it literally felt like a home away from home. We made sure to tour the whole island from Rum Point to George Town to the Turtle Farm to Seven Mile Beach and Stingray City. But at the end of each excursion, the favorite spot on the whole island was Turtle Nest Inn. Thanks again for everything. A special hello to Vitamine, Blackie and Béatrice. Sincerely..." "What a delightful, intimate Inn. Everywhere we went on the island -- people asked where we were staying. When we mentioned TNI, they said such nice things about the Inn and the innkeepers! And such a meal last night! I don't know what was best -- the food, the service, or the comraderie with our dining companions. Then there was the full moon appearing at the appointed hour! We loved our stay and hope to return." J.R.&R.R., Littleton, Massachussets, USA (March17, 2006)

Everything one needed was right at hand. The Thursday dinner was superb and one of the best we had. Thank you for everything." B.S.&D.S., Marquette, Michigan, USA (March 11, 2006)
"We had a wonderful time, our first time, at TNI. The snorkeling off the beach was wonderful and the room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The Thursday night dinner was by far the best meal we had on the island. The only part of the vacation I disliked was packing up and going home. We'll be back soon." "Once again, a lovely visit, but much, much too short. Laurie was happy to finally meet you. Next time will be longer. Thank you for all your considerate attention. I always feel so welcome here. The dog wash on Sunday was one more example of how much you care about this community! Take care -- see you before too many months go by."P.M.&L.M., Social Circle, Georgia, USA (March 7, 2006)
"This has been the most relaxing vacation we have ever experienced. It was like being at home but without a care in the world. We drove all around the island and explored the different beaches and local neighborhoods. We spoke with the local fishermen and storekeepers and even found a small giftshop in East End where we purchased handmade local crafts. The woman who owns the shop told us all about her failing health and expressed her gratitude for stopping by to see her. We enjoyed buying our own groceries and making meals at our leasure. We especially enjoyed our private beach at Turtle Nest Inn where we spent endless hours collecting pottery shards and sea glass, and even flew our kite which we purchased at Hurley's Marketplace. We took a snorkeling trip but the best snorkeling was right here, just a few feet off of our private beach. What an adventure. We'll send our friends. Thanks."S.K.&R.K., North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA (March 7, 2007)

"Well our 4th visit was just as wonderful as the first 3. The Inn is perfect, as well as the climate, and you both are the most gracious of hosts. We are only sorry that timing did not allow for one of your terrace dinners, but there is always next year to look forward to. Thank you for a wonderful week at our home in the Caymans."V.M.&W.M., Monmouth Beach, New Jersey, USA (March 4, 2006)

"In extended tours of duty in foreign lands, neither Tom nor I have ever been to the sea of tranquility on the moon. Now, after a month at Turtle Nest Inn, we realize that we need not dream further. We have resided in the worst B&B's in the world, and in some of the most elegant hotels in the world, including the 5-star Grand Hotel in Japan owned by Madame Chiang Kai Shek in 1970 and the lush 5-star Grand in Seoul in 1989, which was fabulous. We prefer Turtle Nest Inn though, because we've come home to the 5-star tranquility of perfection in innkeeping. We found Turtle Nest Inn to be a 5-star hotel with a 6-star staff. From the moment we arrived in this sublime tropical setting, we started to shed layers of stress like layers from an onion peel. Throughout our stay, Marleine and Alain, our consummate hosts, were in the background insuring their excellent innkeeping techniques were 24-karat in all areas and our stay was the optimum in relaxation. Having snorkeled offshore while in the Caymans over the past 12 years, we found the snorkeling at Turtle Nest Inn to be the best. The frigate birds, and occasional pelicans, were a delight to watch in the late afternoon and there were always pleasant surprises such as the local fishermen casting their nets. The experience of living in Bodden Town allowed us to experience and enjoy life on Grand Cayman Island as we have never done in our past 12 years on Seven Mile Beach. Thank you Marleine and Alain for your superb hospitality. Until next February, fondly..." S.J.&T.J., Lexington Park, Maryland, USA (March 1, 2006)
