Friday's cook-your-own barbecue was a real treat - sharing the time with you & some of your friends was an experience we wouldn't have missed for anything. As I sit here writing this, listening to the surf & drinking in the view for nearly the last time, it makes me sad to leave. Though we didn't bump into anyone, the inn has a welcoming, lived in ambience. Our apartment was so comfortable that we left it reluctantly at times. The amenities were impeccable, down to every detail. Though the threatened 'hurricane' avoided us, the water was apparently stirred up. Nonetheless, we were able to find several secluded spots to enjoy the beach. Alain and Marleine, we thank you for your hospitality and wish we were spending more time with you.
