Farewell notes from our Guest Register (August/2003)
"Well, we're finally married! Turtle Nest Inn offered the perfect ambience for our honeymoon. It is small, intimate, elegant & away from the tourist trap. Perfect start to our married life! A fantastic alternative to the oh so mundane 7-mile strip, been there, done that. Thanks for providing this beautiful setting!" A.S.&D.S., Toronto, Ontario, Canada (August 31, 2003)

"Our trip this time was the best ever (in the 11 years I've been coming to Cayman!) and we will definitely return as soon as we are able to. The snorkeling out back was superb. We'll be back! (The animals were great, too!) Anyone who has the privilege of staying at Turtle Nest is very lucky indeed! It's the best on the island, no doubt!" J.C.&B.M., Nashville, Tennessee, USA (August 21, 2003)
"Thank you for a wonderful, gorgeous time! You took magnificient care of us -- it will not be forgotten." B.G.&K.G., Baltimore, Maryland, USA (August 19, 2003)

"This is a wonderful place & the perfect getaway -- especially for a couple needing an escape. The privacy is great & overall we highly recommend Turtle Nest Inn." D.A.&K.A., Stow, Ohio, USA (August 18, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: Thanks for making our wedding & honeymoon destination such a pleasure. You have a beautiful inn & are wonderful hosts." J.W.&K.W., Kansas City, Missouri, USA (August 16, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: Once again (4 years now!), we have to write something in your Guest Book. It's not the writing that we don't like, it's the fact that it means we're leaving that we don't like. As always, we had a wonderful, relaxing time here especially since it was spent with firends who all met here! (Hope we didn't stir things up too much!) Thanks again for a great time, a great place, and for being great hosts!" A.R.&L.R., Charlotte, North Carolina, USA (August 16, 2003)

"Alain, Marleine: There are a lot of other places that I would to see, and have seen, or been to. However this place keeps drawing me back. It's the people not just the inn. Here you have your own little paradise, your own little island. I love it and will miss it always." S.B.&R.B., Manville, New Jersey, USA (August 16, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: We love it here. Your Inn is exactly the kind of digs we enjoy. It's just what we wanted -- quiet, uncrowded beach, no 'madding' crowds, and warm, welcoming hosts. To paraphrase a line from Field of Dreams, 'Is this heaven? No, this is Turtle Nest Inn.'" M.W.&R.W., Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA (August 14, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: We both had a lovely holiday. We got out of it exactly why we came -- peace, relaxation and excellent accommodations (and sun of course). Facilities were great and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending you. Many thanks for your hospitality. Best wishes..." T.R.&L.R., Leicestershire, England, UK (August 13, 2003)

"To Alain & Marleine: Thank you for our wonderful stay at your (our) home away from home. You were so helpful on the phone and seemed to remember us even though we hadn't been here in a year & a half. We look forward to seeing you again soon." "Alain & Marleine: What a beautiful place to spend our honeymoon. The service was excellent and you maintain the property wonderfully! Our room (#7) had a wonderful view. Thank you." C.L.&B.L., Kokomo, Indiana, USA (August 9, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: What a wonderful place! We have really enjoyed our stay! This was our daughter Emily's 1st visit to Grand Cayman, and her 1st snorkeling trip was right out front. We hope to come back next year when she will be old enough to scuba. Your inn is superb and the service outstanding. It was so nice sitting by the pool and watching the waves. I can only think of one complaint, and that is a certain rooster who starts at 4:30 every morning! Perhaps you could find him and roast him?" B.B.,C.B.&E.B., Sugar Land, Texas, USA (August 7, 2003)
"À vous deux qui avez su nous acceuillir avec chaleur dans votre 'monde'. Mille mercis!! La Veuve Cliquot a merveilleusement bouclé un séjour mémorable. Quoique nous n'ayons pas une auberge à St. Catherines, nous avons une demeure qui a grandement hâte de vous acceuillir. Aurevoir chers amis et, je l'espère, à bientôt." D.M.,A.M.&S.M., St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada (le 6 août 2003)

(Translated from the French, above) "To the two of you who welcomed us so warmly into your 'world'. A thousand thanks!! La Veuve Cliquot (champagne) was a marvellous ending to a memorable stay. Although we don't have an inn in St. Catherines, we do have a home very ready to welcome you. So long, dear friends, we hope to see you again soon." D.M.,A.M.&S.M., St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada (August 6, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: The Turtle Nest was an absolutely fabulous way to spend our honeymoon. From the Tuesday evening terrace dinner on the first night, I knew we were in the right place. Your hospitality and beautiful inn were very appreciated. Thank you so much!" J.E.&K.H., Iowa City, Iowa, USA (August 6, 2003)
"Alain & Marleine: What a blessing it is for Steve and I to spend our first week of marriage here. Our apartment was wonderful, the view beautiful and the memories we've made priceless. Your hospitality and generosity were welcoming. We appreciate all the effort and hard work you and your staff put towards making your home our home for a short time! We thank you and can't wait to come back!" S.R.&M.R., Avon, Indiana, USA (August 4, 2003)

"Thank you both for a peace-filled vacation we will always remember! The unusually detailed and inviting website was mirrored by the unusually beautiful apartment(s), quiet, tranquil pool, and daily snorkeling a few feet away. Thank you for having the concept of 'last-minute specials' which enabled us to come. Your personalized attentiveness (e.g., daily newspaper, a first in our many years of Caribbean travel), Bodden Town neighbors (2 great meals at The Edge with 10% discount), and proximity to the Botanic Park and other retreats-away-from-7-mile-beach was ideal. On an island at risk of losing its shoreline and initimacy, your small, human-scale inn stands out! We plan to return, and wish you & Blackie & yellow cat a happy August!" S.M.&F.M., Arlington, Massachusetts, USA (August 3, 2003)
"What a perfect retreat from our busy and hectic lives at home! This will be our last romantic getaway for a little bit, as we will be preparing for our new arrival to our family. As such, it was wonderful being here in paradise without a care in the world and being able to relax and enjoy ourselves in such a beautiful place. Thank you for everything." A.W.&S.W., Eagleville, Pennsylvania, USA (August 2, 2003)
"We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Nest Inn. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place rather than a Hotel or Condo. We will definitely recommend Turtle Nest to anyone planning on spending time in GC. Thanks for everything! " E.M.&C.M., Dallas, Texas, USA (August 2, 2003)
