Farewell notes from our Guest Register (November/2002)
"Marleine & Alain: Wow, what a week! Just what our family needed. Having the Turtle Nest Inn for a home base was wonderful. You guys have a winning recipe -- don't change a thing. Hope to see you again!" J.K.,J.K.,A.K.&I.K., Cincinnati, Ohio, USA (November 30, 2002)

View of the Inn pool (Mark Crosby and Sharon Nepstad)
"Marleine & Alain: Elaine and I have had a great time at the Turtle Nest. Your inn and the service we received were excellent. You made a really good selection of location! We love Bodden Town and the color it provides. We are sure we'll be back." E.S.&G.W., League City, Texas, USA (November 30, 2002)
"Thanks so much. We had a great anniversary at your lovely inn. The setting was perfect for discovering the real Grand Cayman. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling, the shelling, the trip to Stingray City and the walks on the beach with Blackie." F.S.&J.S., Charlotte, North Carolina, USA (November 28, 2002)
"Alain & Marleine: We have enjoyed our time here. Our dinner Friday p.m. was divine! The Inn is so quaint and has so much character! We will look forward to our next visit with you, Blackie and Roger (the rooster). With our love..." P.N.&L.N., Atlanta, Georgia, USA (November 25, 2002)

Views of the pool and the Inn (Kristy Leal and Dave Webster)
"Marleine & Alain: Thank you for the introduction to the Islands -- the Cayman way. We much prefer the off-the-beaten-path vacation & truly appreciated the glimpse into another world -- Bodden Town. We hope next time to be able to share a meal with you. And, although we enjoyed our little room, would love to spend a full week or so in an apartment with beautiful view! So, since it's all been said before, I'll just say bravo & hope to see you again soon." J.D.&S.D., Hughesville, Maryland, USA (November 25, 2002)
"Alain & Marleine: What a wonderful way to spend a few days! My first trip out of the states has been wonderful, thanks to ya'll! Never have I enjoyed such spotlessly clean accommodations, nor such generous hospitality. You have a real talent for making 'country bumpkins' feel right at home and welcome! Thank you so much. If you ever visit the southern US, please consider being our guests at Crooked River State Park (in St. Marys, the second oldest city in USA)! P.S: Can't help but feel sorry for those folks staying on Seven Mile Beach...They don't know the 'real' Grand Cayman!" J.H.&T.H., St. Marys, Georgia, USA (November 24, 2002)
"Unfortunately I was only able to stay 2 nights, but this is a wonderful, relaxing place, in a marvellous location. A most welcome from the look-alike corporate hotels. Thank you Marleine & Alain." B.B., Headcorn, Kent, England (November 24, 2002)

The Caribbean and the beach next to the Inn (Kristy Leal and Dave Webster)
"Alain & Marleine: We enjoyed our stay with you. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will try to plan it next time for one long stay in one room! The hospitality was fab. Thanks so much for everything." C.B.&M.B., Woking, Surrey, England (November 24, 2002)
"Just able to stay one night but Alain & Marleine touched our hearts. Thank you for being so gracious. It was so friendly & comfortable, it was like being at home -- except we were in a Caribbean paradise!" L.W.&B.W., Melrose, Florida, USA (November 23, 2002)
"The outstanding attention to detail has amazed us. We have had a wonderful, relaxing time for which we thank you so much. The best hosts we have met in all our travels and a great web-site! Look forward to a return visit. Our best wishes to you both." M.B.&G.B., Hawkwell, Essex, England (November 22, 2002)

An upper-floor beachfront apartment, and the superb Caribbean views offered.
"Our first stay on Grand Cayman was a busy one -- with a wedding and the events that come along with such an event. Having seen Rum Point, George Town and Seven Mile Beach, I can say that the Turtle Nest Inn will remain in our memories as a truly lovely place to be. You are warm and generous hosts and we hope to see you again. Thank you for the excellent restaurant recommendations as well -- the Brasserie, Portofino and the Lighthouse were absolutely wonderful! Sincerely..." S.T.&R.M., Los Angeles, California, USA (November 22, 2002)
"Thank you so much for a charming, relaxing vacation. Your inn was every bit as lovely as it seemed on the website. Your hospitality was unsurpassed. Thank you! P.S: We will, of course, recommend you to all our friends." G.D.&M.D., Washington, North Carolina, USA (November 21, 2002)
"Alain & Marleine: Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! Our 10th anniversary couldn't have been more wonderful and peaceful. We can't wait to come back and spend more time." B.F.&M.F., Snellville, Georgia, USA (November 20, 2002)
| Since opening, Turtle Nest Inn has had the honour of welcoming residents of Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Wales and the United States. |
"This was the closest thing to Caribbean Paradise that we have found. Compared to Aruba, St, Maarten, Mexico, Bahamas, etc., the Cayman Islands are fabulous. Water temperature and clarity are the best. The Inn is a wonderful place -- rooms are very large and comfortable, and the personalized service cannot be beaten. Be sure to visit the Edge for great food at reasonable prices. Snorkeling right off the Inn's beach is as good as anywhere in the Caribbean. Overall, we can't imagine a better place to spend a week...or a lifetime." L.G.&D.G., San Jose, California, USA (November 19, 2002)
"Alain and Marleine: Your Inn is truly a Grand Cayman secret treasure that you should be very proud of. We would be pleased to return for another visit in the future. We appreciate so much the hospitality of the Turtle Nest Inn and the role it played in our son's wedding festivities. We could not have had a better rehearsal dinner than the Friday night Caribbean Tapas meal. Having the Inn as our 'home away from home' made it very comfortable and convenient for the wedding party. Just hope we weren't too disruptive! Everyone had a truly wonderful time. Many thanks again for your kindness, great hospitality and lovely Inn." D.M.&P.M., Warner Robins, Georgia, USA (November 19, 2002)
"Thanks for a wonderful visit. It is time to go home so I can start saving for my next visit to the island and the Inn." V.P., Hollywood, Florida, USA (November 18, 2002)

"When I began researching the lodging on Grand Cayman, we almost chose a hotel on 7-Mile. With a little further research, we managed to avoid that catastrophe! Because we found Turtle Nest Inn! And we were not disapointed! The Inn is casual, friendly, elegant, romantic -- what else could we ask for? But don't tell anybody else that #4 is the best -- we don't want the ensuing competition next time we book here. And we will be here again -- that's a promise! Nowhere better." G.S.&K.B., Niceville, Florida, USA (November 13, 2002)
